Finding Google Trends

Google has a lot of really cool tools. What I’m going to show you today is Google Trends. And it’s going to show you all about how people think right now, what’s trending and what’s going away. So, Google has a huge amount of tools. They collect all the data through their search engine and can parse it down into very interesting trends.
So, I want to talk about Google Trends today. It’s a great way to keep your eye on what’s happening in the news today as well as what may be happening specifically inside your niche. Alright. So, here’s Google Trends and we’re going to take a look at some of the features that Google Trends has and how you can use it in your marketing strategy.
So, let’s take a look here. So as we come down, I’m going to trendsgoogle.com and you’ll see here that 2 of the things that are most interesting today unfortunately are Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian. So, is the quality of our googling. The next one in sports is World Cup and the third one is football versus American football. Which is very interesting.
Now, if we scroll down, you’ll see that we’ve got all kinds of interesting data around visualization. The difference between donut D-O-N-U-T and doughnut, D-O-U-G-H-N-U-T. You’ll see that people actually spell it wrong interestingly enough. And then I can go in here and there people are talking about the Emmy Awards.
So, I’m going to come in to read more on the Emmy Awards. Now, it says all the data I’ve ever wanted to know. Now, here are some of the top queries around the Emmy’s. 71st Emmy Awards. We have what are the Emmy’s. One of the Emmy’s nominated and nominations announced; What are the Emmy’s how many Emmy’s did Stranger Things win. What did dove Cameron win an Emmy for?
So you see, those are the trending queries. And then you can see all the other variants. And as you scroll down, look at this one here. So, we can see here that the U.S. most searched drama series is Game of Thrones. Big stalker. Number 2, This Is Us. Number 3, Ozark. Which is actually very good. Number 4, Better Call Saul. Number 5, Succession. Better Call Saul is kind of an outlier. Interesting. Then if we look at us search in a limited series nomination, we’ve got chair Noble is the number one thing that people were searching. Escape to Dannemora, Fosse, Sharp Objects and When They See Us. So, it’s interesting.
So, all of this data is being collected based on search volume. Search data. And of course, they’re harvesting and grabbing all of this content which i think is just so absolutely fascinating. Now, here’s what you can do is you can come in here and enter a topic. So, I’m going to enter in… Let’s go ahead and do SEO. Alright. Now, there’s just SEO.
Now, what I’m going to do is I’m going to put in search engine optimization. Then I’m going to put in SEM. Then I’m going to put in organic. Now, there’s all different ways that people tend to search. Alright, so let’s see who’s the winner.
So, we have a battle between SEO, search engine marketing –SEM or organic search. And a lot of times those mean the same exact things to different people in different ways. They’re more or less the same thing. So, let’s see who wins here.
So, over time, we’ve got SEO is the front-runner at 29. We have search engine optimization is the least at one. SEM at 87. So, what that tells me is that search engine marketing or SEM is the higher-level concept. SEO being a more specific tactical implementation. And then really organic search and search engine optimization surprisingly are not really that actively used.
So, for thinking about how to look and use data based on variants. So, slight slivers of differentiation from keyword to keyword. This tool is going to tell you exactly that. Then you could take a look at “Well, where do people use the word SEO?” Well, it says here pretty much in North America. But then if we go down to Brazil, ironically.
Brazil tends to use SEM. Then we also come over here to India. They also use SEM, interestingly enough. Then I come down here and I can see the different international translations. I can also see related queries. So, here’s some other ones like organic search positions, organic search versus direct. And now it’s giving us different variations like the phrase that are on the move, if you will.
All right. So, that’s another one. Let’s go back over here and we can do trending searches which i think is really, really interesting. So, here’s the top trending searches for today. Champions League draw. Michael Jackson, Fedder, Clemson football. Ryan Russell, Dylan the hacker. John Carmack, Johnny Isakson, Emmett Till and Jes combs crash video.
So, it’s always very interesting to kind of take a look at what is top of mind for searchers. And it really does give us the pulse of what’s happening in our world. What are people turning to Google to get information for? Who is in the current search and what’s happening in news today?
So, if you can start leveraging Google Trends to help you build your search campaigns, help you build your content; Remember I want you to think about the concept of newsjacking. So, newsjacking being I’m listening to what’s happening in the industry. Let’s just say Google releases a massive algorithm change. That is definitely going to make business news.
So, if I’m going to be an expert in Google then I better show up with some content around the Google algorithmic changes. So, that’s part of my job is to stay abreast of what’s happening in the news and then report back to my followers.
So, whenever you can set up anything to help keep track of what’s happening, it’s impossible for us to keep track of everything that happens every day. But using Google Trends, I can go in here and say Google algorithm.
If I hear something or I see something on the news, I can go in I can instantly connect with what people are thinking about and then answer that request by creating content that meets that exact response and request from a searching community.

Top 10 Best CLASSIC Men’s Fragrances | Most Complimented Fragrances

If you’re a fan of the channel, you know that I really love niche fragrances, but because of my personal style and the fact that I consider fragrance to be the final detail of any outfit, I also really love those classic fragrances as well.
So what makes something a classic fragrance, and what makes something one of the greatest classic fragrances of all time? So when I was getting ready for this video and putting this list together, those were the two questions that were on my mind the most.
And I came up with some criteria that for me contribute to something being a classic fragrance as well as contributing to something being considered one of the greatest classic fragrances of all time. First and foremost, it has to be a fragrance that’s been around for a while.
Obviously that sense of history is something that contributes to something becoming a classic. Along with that history and having been around for a while, typically a classic fragrance has some kind of story attached to it. That could be that maybe some old classic movie star really loved that fragrance and is famous for wearing it.
Something that contributes to the narrative of this as a classic fragrance. Most importantly, of course, is how the fragrance smells and one of the biggest things for me is not only that it has a classic kind of timeless scent, but that it’s versatile.
I think of it very much like I think about menswear in that way, you know those pieces we consider as those classic menswear pieces, a navy suit, a gray flannel suit. These are classics not only because they’re timeless and transcendent in a way, but because they’re versatile.
They can be worn a variety of different ways by many different people in a wide variety of situations from casual to business casual to dressy and even more formal. I feel the exact same way about a fragrance being classic and that’s how I made my choices.
So, without further ado, let’s get into my picks for the 10 greatest classic men’s fragrances. (light music) Number one, we have Eau Sauvage by Christian Dior. This was introduced in 1966 and was actually Dior’s first fragrance for men. It is an absolute classic and I would even go so far as to say that this fragrance is iconic.
Top notes include lemon, bergamot, basil, lavender, and they say a hint of cumin though I don’t detect that. Heart notes include jasmine, rose, carnation, patchouli, and sandalwood. Base notes, oakmoss, vetiver, musk, and amber.
This is a citrusy fragrance and it’s also very fresh. On the surface it seems like a very, very simple fragrance however as you spend more time with it you realize it has a lot more depth and a lot more complexity. It also lasts quite a while.
I would say five to eight hours, which is not typical of a fragrance that is more citrusy. This is a fragrance you could wear all year round, any time of day, for any type of event, and it would not seem out of place. Eau Sauvage by Christian Dior, one of the true classics of men’s fragrances.
Number two, we have Knize Ten. If you haven’t heard about this one, I would say that of the 10 fragrances I’ve chosen for this video, this one is definitely the most, kind of, if you know, you know fragrance. It’s like the speakeasy of classic men’s fragrances.
So Knize is actually a very well-known Viennese tailoring house and men’s shop. This fragrance here, Knize Ten, was introduced in 1924 and it is considered very old school, very elegant, and also considered a classic leathery scent.
That to me is interesting because when I think of leathery fragrances, I think of something big and bold and sort of unapologetically masculine like a Tom Ford Tuscan Leather or Tuscan Leather Intense. Knize Ten is not that kind of leathery fragrance.
In fact, leather, to my nose, is not super present. What I do get are some spicy notes, some floral notes, some citrusy notes, and some pepper. Notes for this one include lemon, bergamot, petitgrain, rosemary, geranium, rose, cedar, carnation, sandalwood, leather, musk, patchouli, and ambergris. Knize Ten is light, it’s elegant, it’s very distinct, it’s very different.
This is not what I would call a modern masculine scent. This is old school gentleman right here. I would put this more on the connoisseur side of classic fragrances, it kind of takes some getting used to to appreciate it, meaning it’s not quite as universal as, say, an Eau Sauvage. It’s quite long-lasting, especially as an eau de toilette.
You could definitely wear this on a daily basis, but I would actually maybe reserve this for something more formal like if you were going to wear a tuxedo or a dinner jacket and really wanted to kind of feel some sort of old school gentlemanly elegance.
Number three, we have Floris of London No. 89. Floris was founded in 1730 selling perfume, combs, and shaving products. The shop they opened was on German Street, 89 German Street to be exact which is the 89 in this fragrance’s name.
And that shop is still run by descendants of the original founders. Floris No. 89 was introduced in 1951. It is a woody citrus fragrance. Top notes are bergamot, lavender, neroli, nutmeg, orange, and petitgrain. Heart notes, geranium, rose, and ylang ylang.
And base notes are cedarwood, musk, oakmoss, sandalwood, and vetiver. This fragrance right here is considered to be a quintessential English gentleman’s fragrance. For that point, it was supposedly a favorite of Winston Churchill and also Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels.
This definitely has that classic gentleman kind of scent, almost like a barbershop fragrance in that you do get a lot of lavender. It’s fresh but also more on the herbaceous side. For me, this one tends to get lots of compliments.
I think that’s because although it’s classic, it’s not as familiar to as many people in the United States so it’s a little bit intriguing in that way. This is definitely a fragrance that can work on a daily basis, a signature scent, in any season and any time of day or night.
Number four, we have Guerlain Vetiver. Now although today known more for their cosmetics, Guerlain was originally founded in 1828 as a fragrance house. They introduced this one, Vetiver, in 1959, and it’s supposedly inspired by Jean-Paul Guerlain’s gardener, the smell of tobacco and soil. It has top notes of bergamot, lemon, neroli, and coriander.
Heart notes are vetiver and cedar. And base notes, tobacco, nutmeg, pepper, and tonka bean. So if you’re familiar with any other type of vetiver fragrances, this is different than those. Vetiver of course is a grass that is native to India, and vetiver fragrances tend to have a very grassy scent, a very smooth scent, and they can tend to dry down kind of on the soapy side.
With Guerlain Vetiver, on the other hand, you do get that underlying grassy vetiver essence, but it’s not so front and center. What’s interesting about this is that from the first spray there is a sharpness to this fragrance and a sort of woodsyness that makes it much more recognizably masculine than, say, other vetiver fragrances.
This lasts quite long, six to eight hours on my skin, and is another great all-arounder signature scent material. Number five is the original Eight & Bob. Now this is a fragrance with a great story. It was created by Albert Fouquet who was the son of a Parisian aristocrat.
He started making fragrances for his own personal use and in 1937, as the story goes, Albert ran into a young JFK who was vacationing on the French Riviera. Kennedy was apparently so captivated by this fragrance that he persuaded Albert to deliver a sample to his hotel the following morning.
Albert’s note to JFK famously said, “In this bottle you will find the dash of French glamor “that your American personality lacks.” When JFK got back to the States, he requested some more samples and the rest is history.
It’s a fragrance that became favored not only by JFK but people like Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart, and many other Hollywood producers and directors. This fragrance is elegant but I will say that it’s different than you would expect. Top notes are cardamom, lemon, and pink pepper. Heart notes, dried wood, labdanum, and violet leaves.
Base notes, amber, sandalwood, and vetiver. This fragrance definitely opens up with the citrus and peppery notes, but that quickly goes down into a more woodsy, slightly floral scent. But what eventually takes over is the amber. You really have to like amber to like this fragrance.
It becomes very smooth, a little powdery. For those reasons I think this works best for me as an evening fragrance. It has a very old school glamor to it which I imagine pairing perfectly with a white dinner jacket or something similar. Formal but not overly stuffy. This has amazing longevity.
If you wear it at night you’ll definitely still smell it on your skin the next morning. I’m gonna say this fragrance is not for everyone. It’s not necessarily as universal as some of the ones we’ve talked about so far, but it’s got a great history, a great story, and it is a fantastic fragrance. Eight & Bob Original. Number six is Creed’s Green Irish Tweed.
The House of Creed was founded in 1760 and its first commission was to create a scent for King George III. It wasn’t until 1970 actually that Creed fragrances became available to the public, and Green Irish Tweed was introduced in 1985. It was created by Olivier Creed who was a sixth generation descendant of the original founders of the House of Creed.
Green Irish Tweed really is one of those rockstar classic fragrances, and it’s a gateway for many people into the world of niche fragrances. It’s classified as a woody, fresh fragrance, also known as a very classic fougere. Top notes are lemon, verbena, and peppermint. Heart notes, violet leaves, and base notes are Florentine iris, sandalwood, and ambergris.
This fragrance is absolutely unmistakable. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like this fragrance, both men and women. It’s fresh, it’s distinct without being weird if that makes any sense, like people will notice it but for good reasons. Very highly complimented fragrance.
It’s good any time of day, any season of the year. I know some people who wear this for more formal occasions but for me it’s a little too fresh for that. I like to have a little more spice and warmth when I’m dressing more formally.
This is one you could definitely blind buy and be super confident that you are going to love it. Number seven, Acqua di Parma Colonia. Now this is one of the classic citrus fragrances. Some say it is the scent of classic 1930s Italy.
It’s light, it’s carefree, it’s glamorous, it’s sophisticated, and it’s elegant in its simplicity. It has those classic glamorous overtones I think in part because it was a favorite scent of style icons like Cary Grant, Gregory Peck, and David Niven.
Top notes here are lemon, sweet orange, and Calabrian bergamot. Heart notes, lavender, Bulgarian rose, verbena, and rosemary. Base notes, vetiver, sandalwood, and patchouli. Don’t let all those notes fool you because this is a very simple, very citrusy fragrance; from the first spray it is just a blast of lemon.
A wonderful and elegant blast of lemon, but for me there’s really not anything that is super complex about this fragrance which is one of the reasons that it is so classic. This to me is definitely more of a summer fragrance.
This is the one I put on when we’re going to the pool or the beach, I always bring it with me on summer vacation. My only gripe about Acqua di Parma Colonia is that it doesn’t last long at all. After about an hour or two completely disappears.
Number eight, here we have another classic citrusy fragrance, this is Blenheim Bouquet by Penhaligon’s. It was created in 1902 for the Duke of Marlborough. It’s also known to be another favorite of Winston Churchill as well as the head of Fiat and global style icon Gianni Agnelli.
Top notes are lemon, lime, and lavender. No heart notes here. And base notes are pine, musk, and black pepper. On the Penhaligon’s website it says that Blenheim Bouquet is as dry and fresh as the best gin, and I think that’s a really, really apt description for this fragrance. It has a nice sharpness to it which is a contrast to the more sweet notes of the Acqua di Parma Colonia.
It kind of makes sense, Acqua di Parma Colonia is Italian, Blenheim Bouquet is British. As far as the citrus here, I get more of a lime scent instead of lemon. As a citrus fragrance, I see this as more of a summer scent. Again, doesn’t have a super long staying power but it does last longer than the Acqua di Parma Colonia. I get about two to four hours with this one.
Number nine is Ralph Lauren Polo Green. Introduced in 1978, this one is known as a classic masculine fragrance. It’s warm, it’s got some spice and it has a very sexy feel. Top notes include pine, lavender, juniper, and basil. Heart notes include coriander, marjoram, jasmine, and thyme. Base notes include oakmoss, patchouli, leather, and cedar.
On the opening, what you smell first is the pine. It cuts through very sharply. That doesn’t last long though; in about 15 to 20 minutes that sharpness is completely gone and you have a more elegant kind of deeply masculine overall scent, though definitely still hints of pine.
Because this fragrance is on the heavier side, I consider it to be more of a fall/winter fragrance. I actually love this in the wintertime. It is more intense too which makes it not the best choice for an office environment, but where this really works well for me is the evening.
Going out to a cocktail lounge, going out to a nice meal or an event. This is a great fragrance for anything like that. Finally, number 10. Old Spice classic aftershave. I know I’m probably gonna catch some flack for this one, but hear me out on this.
So one of the things that I think makes fragrance so compelling and so evocative is that it has this ability to conjure up feelings of nostalgia. When you smell something, you can remember a time, somewhere you were, how you felt, people that you were with.
That’s the case with Old Spice for me in that sense. I guess it’s more of a personal choice but this is what my grandfather always wore. It reminds me of him, it reminds me of the time I spent with him, and it really is just an old school classic scent.
It was introduced in 1938, it is classified as an Oriental spicy fragrance. Top notes, nutmeg, lemon, orange, star anise, and aldehydes. Middle notes are carnation, jasmine, geranium, cinnamon, heliotrope, and pimento.
And base notes, ambergris, benzoin, cedar, vanilla, tonka bean, and musk. To me, this just smells like Old Spice. And you probably know it as well. It’s a very classic masculine scent. It’s what my grandfather wore it’s probably what your grandfather wore.
I love wearing this from time to time, it makes me feel good. People will always notice it and it’s a good conversation starter. When it comes down to it, fragrance is a very personal thing. These are all classics but they might not be the fragrance for you. I think they’re all, with a couple exceptions, pretty conservative, on the safe side, and extremely versatile.
The two wild cards in there, in my opinion, are Kinze Ten and Eight & Bob Original. These are classic fragrances but ones I think that might not connect with people right away in the same way that, say, Eau Sauvage or a Green Irish Tweed would.
So let me know what you thought of my picks for the greatest classic men’s fragrances of all time. Do you agree? Are there some you would leave out? What are some of your picks? Leave those down in the comments and let’s get that discussion going. Links to each of the fragrances I mentioned in this video are down below in the description.

The 3 Biggest Trends in Affiliate Marketing

The next six months I would say there are three trends that I see. So number one is just I notice a lot more affiliates are just slowly becoming more and more into Facebook. So Facebook has always been big but now everyone’s trying to break into Facebook, everyone’s always asking me tips and Facebook’s just absolutely big. The second one is I do notice a lot of affiliates are doing different things with eCommerce these days.
So there’s a lot of things with eCommerce, so there’s a lot of different things with eCommerce. There’s like owning a product, there’s Shopify (inaudible) but that is becoming a huge trend that is kind of hard to ignore. And then the third trend I see is probably you know, affiliates don’t really have the best reputation for compliance to be quite honest but I’m starting to notice that there’s a lot more opportunity to make money without doing anything shady, no cloaking, just promoting pure white hat.
So I actually think there’s a lot of opportunity in working with a network, with the advertiser, open, honest communication, being clean. There’s actually, can be more money involved. It might take a little bit more work in the beginning but then you don’t have to worry about like all this other stuff, like accounts getting banned. I do see that as the future and the trend.
I have two tips, the first tip is when you’re a beginner you have a smaller budget, let’s say 500 dollar budget. It makes more sense to go after offers that pay a little bit less, let’s say an app instal compared to Pin Submit.
So Pin Submits, yes they can make money, however, if you have a 500 dollar budget and a Pin-Submit pays 20 dollars, you’re not gonna get as much conversions compared to like and app instal that gets a lot more conversions, you can do a lot more of Split tests.
The second piece of advice I have is you know, it sucks to lose money, you know. When you launch a campaign you lose money and you can feel a little bit demotivated. My tip is to just look, you’re buying data, when you launch a campaign, you test the hypothesis, you do some Split testing, so just kind of realise that your buying data is a part of your process, don’t get emotional.
When you’re a scientist and experiment doesn’t go according to plans, you get pissed off? No, you just try again. So if you keep trying over and over and over, each time you learn a little bit more. So just understand affiliate marketing, it’s a skill just like anything else.
So if you play basketball and you shoot and you miss, well you just keep practising again. It’s really that simple, it’s a skill-set. So what makes a great affiliate marketer? I think number one a biassed for action. So a lot of people they just think, think, think, always make a lot of plans, and affiliate marketing, you can dream, you can read all the articles you want but you just have to launch and take action.
The second one is persistence. Things are not always gonna go according to plan. I understand how it feels like to lose money and it sucks but you just have to be persistent and keep pursuing your goal. The third trait I would say is just taking a very analytical, numbers, data driven approach.
So affiliate marketing is not just you see a competitor, you steal their page or your launch it and you make a lot of money. No, you launch, you have the data. What are you gonna do with the data? Are you gonna increase the bid? Are you going to do which Split test?
Are you gonna do Day Parting? Are you gonna do Week Parting? Which landing page does better? Are you gonna do multi-variate testing? So you have to do a very numbers driven, data driven approach and also, I also want you guys to think more in terms of being a business owner.
So this means you gotta pay your taxes, this means you have to know your margins, you have to keep your salary. Yo gotta do all this stuff but you have to run a business. (Hip Hop Beat) – You know, I just, I haven’t spent too much time in affiliate world Asia but just walking around it’s quite obvious you guys have the nicest looking booth.
So I think the booth was very nice. I went to they party at the Lotus Garden. – [Interviewer] Did you have a great time? – I had a good time. The core, the venue, everything was very nice and premium and I actually appreciate this because for me and my brand I place a lot of emphasis on design and high-premium value.
So, you know, just having a company, a branding that cares a lot about the branding and stuff it says a lot because it shows that they care about the small details. You know, that’s what it communicates to me. Like having a booth like this, where everything’s nice, everything’s clean, organised, it shows that they had the details.
Whereas maybe another booth, trash everywhere, there’s like someone playing on their cellphone. It’s like, this tells me that this network, or this traffic source doesn’t care about the details. So that’s what is says to me. I think it’s very great, it’s fantastic.

Make Money Blogging 💻 : From 0 to $1,000 per day (2018)

You can’t make money blogging can you? Yes you can. Let me tell ya. So I’ve been blogging for about nine years now. My blog goodfinancialcents.com personal finance blog. When I started this blog in 2008 I didn’t know anything about blogging. And the story that I share a lot is that I thought that blogging meant that you were on MySpace.
Remember that thing called MySpace? – You guys have MySpace or? – But the truth is I didn’t know anything about blogging, but yet I was determined to start my blog. Now, I’m a financial advisor so initially the blog was started so that I could attract new clients to my financial planning practice.
So I wrote content. I published blog posts, all trying to market myself and to get more visibility that people would see me and want to hire me. But then something funny happened. (laughs) And I started to connect with other personal finance bloggers.
And as I connected with them they shared with me that they were making money from their blogs. At the time that blew me away because I didn’t know you could make money from blogging. How do you make money from blogging? That just sounds weird. But then one of these bloggers confided in me and shared how much he was making.
And he told me he was making between $30,000 to $40,000 from his blog. Now for most of you, making $30 to $40,000 from a website, that’s pretty awesome. I mean that’s almost an annual salary for many people. But here’s what blew me away.
He wasn’t making $30 to $40,000 a year from his blog, he was making $30 to $40,000 a month from his blog. How much did you say? Yes you heard that right. $30 to $40,000 a month from a website. Now, that got my attention.
So I started to learn some of the basics of how to monetize my blog. So I learned how ads work. I learned how affiliates work and eventually I learned how to create digital products. Different ways that I can monetize my site and actually get paid for writing.
And I’m not even that good of a writer. But here’s some of the top things I learned from monetizing my blog and making my first $1,000. (upbeat music) So the first thing that I learned is that search engine optimization matters.
And if you don’t know what SEO means or search engine optimization, it basically just means when you go to Google and type in some phrase like red hot dogs. I don’t know why you’d be Googling red hot dogs but whatever. Whatever shows up in the top of the rankings that is what SEO or search engine optimization stands for.
Now when I first started my blog, I wanted to rank for Jeff Rose because that’s my name. Don’t wear it out. And before I started my blog if you Googled Jeff Rose you didn’t find me, you found Jeff Rose the Oregon Superintendent, Jeff Rose the golf polo shirt maker and Jeff Rose the actor. And no it’s not me. But I think I’m a pretty good actor.
How dare you talk to my mom that way? (orchestral music) So I figured if somebody wanted to hire me as their financial advisor and they went to Google and put in Jeff Rose and they didn’t see me that wouldn’t be a good thing.
So I wanted to be found. But then it hit me, if somebody doesn’t know who Jeff Rose is and they want to hire a financial advisor, they’re not gonna Google Jeff Rose. So I started to think what would potential customers or clients type into Google to find me, or to find a financial advisor? So the first key word that I targeted was financial planner Illinois.
I wanted to be the top in Google for that term. Now you can pay Google through Google AdWords Advertising to be that top position. But I didn’t want to pay $25 or $35 every time somebody clicked a link and came to my website. ‘Cause I didn’t know if they were gonna call me. Pick up the phone and shoot me an email, or want to schedule an appointment.
So I wanted to be found the free way because free is so much better. So I learned the tactics and strategies that I needed to be found for financial planner Illinois. And sure enough within I think two or three months, when you went to Google and typed in financial planner Illinois, ♪ Ah! ♪ There I was. I was at the top of the search result, a position that I’ve held to this day.
So once I figured out how that worked I started to think about other ways that I could be found for different search results. So I started to think about what are other terms that people would type in to Google if they’re trying to find a financial advisor?
And I started down this path of writing articles about 41Ks and Roth IRAs and how to invest and how much life insurance do I need? Now some of these worked and I was found and other ones didn’t work because there was other sites that outranked me.
But none the less I was showing to Google that I had a quality website and they were putting me at the top of the rankings. Now remember, I was doing all this before I realized that I could monetize my site. So I was trying to rank for a lot of search terms, that were relevant for people trying to hire a financial advisor, but were also relevant if I wanted to insert some sort of advertising and get paid.
So as my search engine traffic increased, I added what is called Google AdSense, or Googles Ads to the website. And if you’ve been to any website I guarantee you’ve seen Google ads some way some how. Or if you went to Google and typed in some search you’ve seen a Google ad.
How this works is that you sign up for a free Google AdSense account, and then you get Google’s code, you copy that, paste that into your website, and then Google will match which companies are willing to advertise for different search terms that are found on your site.
And one example I can give you is that if somebody wanted to buy life insurance and you put that Google AdSense on your code, if there’s a big insurance company like Metlife, John Hancock, and if they’re willing to advertise for a certain key word they would then start an account with Google and by you pasting that code on your site, you’re gonna get matched with whatever advertiser is willing to pay the top dollar.
It’s by far one of the easiest ways that you can monetize your site. All you got to do is write the content, copy and paste the code from Google AdSense, paste it on your site and then poof. You’re done. Now there is trick. You have to rank for these search terms and that’s something we can talk about at another time.
Now by copy and pasting this Google AdSense code in my website I didn’t start getting a check for $1,000 immediately. I don’t remember exactly but I’m pretty sure like the first month I might’ve made like 10 or 15 bucks. Maybe $20.
The next month it went up to 30 or 40. Eventually I got my first $100 payout. And if you get a $100 check from Google, it’s sweet because it’s like, it’s money in the mail. Thanks Google. I got $100. But as I started to wrote more content and started to rank for other search terms, and my traffic increased, then I also saw my revenue increase.
And within six or seven short months I was making $500 a month. And within about a year I was making over $1,000 a month all from Google AdSense. Now mind you, I didn’t know what I was doing. I was still trying to figure it out.
But, by networking with other bloggers, understanding some of the basics of search engine optimization, I was able to start making some extra money. And at the time making $1,000 extra a month was pretty sweet. Another method that was able to take that AdSense revenue to the next level is something that I would call the crystal ball method.
Now this is hard so if you are not really involved in a industry where you’re plugged into what’s going on and have a decent understanding of what’s going to happen in the future this might be hard to do but here’s how it worked for me.
So, back in 2009 there was this thing called the Roth IRA conversion. And I knew that in 2010 the IRS was going to change the code and how this worked. Now I wasn’t the only one that knew this, every single financial advisor in the country knew this.
Every single investment brokerage or investment firm knew this too. But I got lucky or I had the foresight, however you want to look at it. I wrote this blog post about this Roth IRA conversion in March of 2009 well before anybody else wrote about it.
So as 2010 approached, all of a sudden I was getting tons and tons of traffic from everybody that was searching this term. And I was able to take advantage of that traffic for the entire 2010 year. So back in 2010 if you Googled Roth IRA conversion, you didn’t find Fidelity, you didn’t find Van Guard, what you found was my blog, Good Financial Cents at the number one result for that search term.
And that’s when I saw my AdSense revenue go from $1,000 a month on up to $3,000 and then $4,000 a month. Almost making $5,000 in one month. Now the crystal ball method is probably something that you can’t do every single month.
And you might not be able to do it even every single year. But other opportunities I’ve been able to find this with is the Facebook IPO, the Twitter IPO, Snapchat IPO. These are all occurrences that we knew were happening, and a lot of people were talking about it.
So whether it was writing a blog post or recording a video talking about these, I was able to capitalize on that. So whatever topic that you decide to blog about, in that industry what is something that is potentially going to change that no one else has wrote about yet? That you can be the first one to write about. And you don’t even have to be the first person to write about it.
You can be the second or third person but if you publish a good piece of content that’s better than anything else out there, then you can potentially outrank them, and also get more social shares out of it. So for the longest time, Google AdSense was the only way that I was making money from my blog.
And when I was making over $1,000, $2,000 a month, I really didn’t see any other reason to change it. But, when I started to once again talk to these other bloggers and how they were monetizing their site, I realized that I was missing out on even more money.
So that’s when I started incorporate affiliates on the to the side. With affiliate marketing you’re representing a company that offers a product or service that you believe in, preferably one that you’ve tried out yourself. And if you write about them and mention them on your blog, if one of your readers clicks that link, and then opens an account with that affiliate or buys a product through that link from that affiliate then you get paid a small commission.
Now in the investment world that was so easy for me, because there’s so many different online investment options. One of the first affiliates that I signed up for was Scottrade. Now Scottrade does not exist anymore. They merged with another investment company. But they’re based out of St Louis which was close to me at the time.
Now at the time, I didn’t have a Scottrade account so I didn’t really feel comfortable talking about them, or recommending them so what I did was I opened an account with Scottrade. I went online, opened an account, put some money in so that I could actually experience what it felt like to be a Scottrade customer. And let me tell you, I was impressed with the whole experience.
The next day I got a phone call from a branch manager that was 45 minutes from me, offering to meet with me to help me make my first investment. Now I told him I was a financial advisor and I was just kinda doing my own research on their platform, but they were still gracious enough to answer any questions I had, and help me with anything that I needed.
So after being a customer for awhile, I was able to understand how their platform worked. And then I could share with others what my experience was. I recorded a video on how to open a Scottrade account, a behind the scenes tutorial. I wrote blog posts about it.
I answered reader questions on opening an account with Scottrade and how it compared to other online investment platforms out there. So because I was a customer of Scottrade, and wrote a lot of content on them and published videos about them, they ended up becoming a very good affiliate.
And if all I had was AdSense on my blog and I didn’t have that affiliate relationship, I still would’ve made money, but I can roughly estimate that I made five times, maybe ten times as much because of that affiliate relationship.
So what I’ve learned about affiliate marketing is that you don’t want to be scummy. You don’t want to be a douche bag. Make sure you’re representing affiliates that you believe in, that you trust. If you’re just signing up to be an affiliate for some company just to earn a quick buck, your readers are gonna know.
They’re gonna figure it out. And you don’t have to be professional to recommend an affiliate company. Yes I’m a financial planner so me opening an account with Scottarde, it maybe had some credit to it, but I know a lot of personal finance bloggers that are not financial advisors that have a day job that have opened accounts with places like Scottrade, other online investment platforms.
And just by showing their readers what they did and how they did it, they are now perceived as being the expert because they’ve done it. And that’s all you have to do. Become an expert with that affiliate by opening an account, by giving it a try so that you can share that experience with your readers.
So between Google AdSense and representing different affiliate companies, I was able to take a blog that had zero readers that was making no money, and go from making nothing to $1,000 a month, $5,000 a month up to $15 to $20,000 a month.
Now it’s grown a lot since then and we’ve added a lot of different monetization channels. But, AdSense or some sort of banner ads and affiliates, just by getting started with those two different methods, you can easily make an extra $1,000 a month.
In fact I want to show you how to do it. I’ve created a free email challenge called the Make 1K Challenge. And I want to show you how to start your blog and make your first $1,000. I’m gonna show you the exact blueprint that I used that I talked about today to go from making nothing to making my first $1,000 payout. So if you want to make $1,000 from your blog, you can go to make1kchallenge.com.
Sign up for the free email challenge, because free is awesome. I don’t like to pay for stuff. It’s free. Sign up. And you’ll be immediately enrolled in this challenge ’cause I want to help you make that first $1,000. I want to change your life. I want you to start something new that excited you and also inspires others. So check out make1kchallenge.com and let’s get started. Take care.
But then one of these bal… And then you get Google’s code. I don’t if that’s funny but whatever. Cut that part out real quick. Now it’s grown a lot. My goodness. (upbeat music)

How To Make Money with Google Adsense

So Google Adsense is how most people serve ads and they pay out millions of people to show ads on their videos and websites every single month and I’m going to show you how you can make money and claim a piece of that pie with Google Adsense.
Woo! Google Adsense, Google is getting paid by Google is such an exciting thing I mean imagine having Google start sending you checks that’d be fantastic right? And it’s pretty easy to do actually I’ll be showing you in this video and I’ll be walking you through some examples on my computer of how you can make money with Google Adsense have Google pay you it’s the best feeling like seeing a check in the mail from Google like that is the coolest thing.
People people’s minds get blown when you show them your first check from Google they’re like what Google’s paying you it’s funny. But there’s really two main methods of making money with Google Adsense, Okay?
First, I’m gonna explain exactly what Google Adsense is so all of the ads that you see on YouTube videos like this one or ads that you see on websites around the internet such as like Huffington Post or TMZ or Fox news.com whatever.
A lot of those ads are controlled by Google and Google will pay you if you own a website or a YouTube channel Google will pay you money just to show ads on your videos or on your website so that brings us to the two main methods of making money with Google Adsense .
The first is blogging, okay? and there’s a few ways to do blogging. I’ll show you some examples in just a second on my computer but the first is just kind of blogs kind of blogging about life, the second is blogging about what I call how-to, okay?
Showing people how to do something , How to dress yourself for success or how to color your hair in four simple steps, What the best baby diapers are etc. and also news okay you can start a news site and people will visit your website.
Now, the second main method is vlogging. Okay? And sort of this the same three things apply is you can have you can vlog about you can vlog about life and just kind of like you know like Jake Paul just kind of going through the world pranking people something funny happens and your relationship and you just want to share it or so your animals do something funny right cat videos.
The second is how to once again you can like this is what I’m doing right here is I’m teaching you how to do something, In this case I’m teaching you how to make money on the internet or something along those lines how to do affiliate marketing if you follow me more closely and you can also put up videos about the news or your opinions on particular news subjects.
So let’s go to my computer and I’ll show you an example of some of these some of these websites here. So this is my friend’s blog called project life mastery and what he’s showing people how to do is how to achieve you know a better mindset for creating success his name’s Stefan and he says ready to enjoy life more let go of control and start trusting the process or here’s another blog he did how Tony Robbins made me a multi-millionaire.
And, if I click on this you’ll see he just writes a blog about something helpful about how Tony Robbins helped him and helped his life so that’s pretty cool and he has different ads along the right side here. Another example is best disposable baby diapers so we’ll see we’re on baby list and if you search for you know best baby diapers for a newborn girl or something along that line you’ll come to a site like this and you’ll see there’s ads there’s ads on this site, okay?
There’s different ads etc so that’s another way to make money with Google. Then the third example is a news site we see you know Huffington Post this was started by one woman who just wanted to share her democratic left ling wing leaning opinions on the news and you’ll see here’s ads up here and if we click that little button we’ll see you know it says how Google shows your ads and you know it shows me how this information was collected and what not but we’ll see there’s lots of ads all over the site that whenever they show she makes money.
Okay? Now to go over some examples from YouTube here’s my earnings from YouTube just to give you an example for the last month of February and you’ll see I made about $400 in Adsense revenue right now I have about 69 thousand subscribers so if you do the math really to live comfortably in a first world country you need at least half a million subscribers or a million subscribers to to make significant money with Adsense.
Now we see here you can start a music channel, that’s another type of category of channel you can start on YouTube. Here’s a channel that this guy JaBig has three hundred and forty nine thousand subscribers. Okay? So or three hundred and eighty four thousand subscribers so that’s one of the ways he’s making money and ads show over his videos.
Here’s an example of a how-to channel obviously I’m a how-to channel but here’s a bigger one which is Peter McKinnon and Peter McKinnon is showing people how to film events how did how to do be a filmer. Here’s a video of him showing how to edit your photos here’s how to set up your filmmaking.
There’s more tutorials, 8 camera hacks in 90 seconds, Take better shots with your iPhone you’ll see that as 3.1 million views. And what’s great is these videos will keep getting views over and over again just like if you blog your blog post will keep getting views over and over and over again if you are sharing something that’s valuable and it will consistently make you money.
So, there’s really not a lot to it. Google Adsense is a great way to make money it’s very easy if you have a YouTube channel just by definition you’re going to be making from Google Adsense. What you need to keep in mind is that the way Google Adsense works is google tech gives you 40% of whatever they earn, so Google basically takes a 60% cut and you get about 40% half almost half.
Now, there are ways to make a lot more money than just placing ads on your website or on your YouTube channel and that method is you can either own your own product and it’s called ecommerce or you can be an affiliate marketer and directly sell and you know recommend a product that you recommend your audience to use.
And if you know your audience if you understand your audience well, you can make far more than what Google Adsense will pay. You can make it I make a hundred a hundred times more than what Google Adsense pays me by being an affiliate marketer. So, as you see the the opportunity is much bigger if you learn affiliate marketing.
If you want to learn affiliate marketing just subscribe to my channel and you’ll get a free course and as well as some bonuses on how you can start your own affiliate marketing journey and do what I’ve done to make millions of dollars.
Thanks for checking out this video I hope this helped you out and in the comments below let me know what what interests you most is it blogging and vlogging and what sort of website or video channel are you interested in starting

How Instagram And Facebook Make Money

Every day, more than two billion people use Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger. That’s more than a quarter of the world’s population. And despite a rising number of privacy scandals and public backlash, Facebook is still growing. Total revenue for 2018 was $55.8 billion, up 37% from 2017.
But with all of those users paying nothing to use these apps, how does Facebook make money? Is the company selling your personal information to companies, politicians and even foreign governments? It’s actually much simpler than that.
How do you sustain a business model in which users don’t pay for your service? Senator, we run ads. Throughout its entire history, Facebook has relied on advertising for revenue here and there. The company has experimented with other types of revenue, such as hardware with its Oculus VR headsets and its new Portal speakers.
But really all of that is chump change compared to the revenue that it generates from advertising. About 99% of Facebook revenue came from advertising in 2018. There are about 7 million advertisers on Facebook and the ads that you see aren’t like a traditional TV commercial or newspaper ad that looks the same to everyone. Facebook and its entire family of apps use a type of ad that’s much more sophisticated and much more valuable.
When they first started out these were simple display ads on the company’s website. But since then, they have evolved into very targeted ads where an advertiser can pick the kind of audience that they want to reach. I believe that started happening after Sheryl Sandberg joined the company and from her experience with advertisers on Google were looking for.
And she could provide that to them. And probably more than that using the Facebook data that everyone volunteers. Facebook ads are targeted, which means each ad that you see was specifically for you. Companies only want to pay to show ads to people that are likely to buy its products.
Facebook provides advertisers with a near guarantee that they won’t waste their time or money, an assurance that a prom dress ad will be seen by a high school student and not a retiree, or that an ad from a new burger joint will be seen by a meat eater and not a vegan.
As a result of this targeting, corporations can save money in the long run and drive more sales for advertisers who simply want to reach as many people as possible. There’s no better way to spend money than Facebook. The other reason that advertisers use Facebook is because of the targeting that the company offers.
The company has a ton of data on its users and that’s very valuable to advertisers, especially those who maybe on a budget and want to make sure that they’re reaching users who could realistically turn into customers. This has led television and print advertising to decline.
This year, it is estimated that digital advertising will surpass traditional advertising for the first time, capturing more than half of all ad dollars spent. But how does Facebook know exactly who you are and what you’re interested in? Many paranoid users have alleged the tech giant is listening in on your conversations through the mic on your phone.
This isn’t true, although Facebook has filed patents that suggest it could eventually pick up audio signals from your TV to give you better ads. It’s also filed a patent that can interpret the expression on a user’s face as they read their news feed. The company claims it will not use these patents, but clearly it continues to focus on ways to gather even more data on its users.
At the moment, it can gather almost as much information just by what you do on its family of apps. Of course, you input basic info like age, location and education on your profile, but you’re also liking pages, joining groups, RSVP to events and sharing your location.
Facebook is able to package all this information and actually harvest it to try to figure out what kind of person you are and perhaps what you are most interested in. Or better yet, what you are looking to find and then sell that information to advertisers who are trying to find you. Facebook can also get data on you from other websites that you visit through what’s known as the Facebook Pixel.
Based on this kaleidoscope of details, Facebook forms an advertising profile for each user, putting them into certain groups that advertisers can pick and choose from when buying ads on Facebook. Corporations can target ads based on your interests, what type of phone you have, your political leaning ethnicity and even income level.
And with enough information, these ads can blend into your feed so well that you might not even recognize it as an ad. But all of these details are still just Facebook’s best guess. Not an exact science. The company has found itself in hot water on more than one occasion for heavy handedness in its ad targeting tools.
Pregnant women who have had miscarriages have criticized the company for continuing the show them baby product ads. A ProPublica investigation found that Facebook had several anti-Semitic advertising categories, including Jew-hater.
The Trump administration recently charged Facebook with discrimination in its advertising practices for housing, which until recently allowed employers and landlords to limit audiences based on race, ethnicity or gender. The company has pledged to reform its system to prevent this type of discrimination. Just as ads can influence consumers to buy products, they can also influence voting behavior.
In the Cambridge Analytics scandal, 87 million Facebook users had their data stolen to help influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election. We didn’t take a broad enough view of our responsibility, and that was a big mistake. So what can you do if you don’t want Facebook to show you personalized, targeted ads? If you’re trying to avoid ads on Facebook, that’s pretty much impossible.
But there are a few things that you can do to make it harder for Facebook to target you. Users can adjust the categories that Facebook has determined you’re interested in by going into your settings. But it’s nearly impossible to opt out altogether.
Even if you delete Facebook, which has become increasingly popular, the company still has your data if you use Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger. Instagram just past 500 million daily active users on stories, a feature that is found on every app in the Facebook family that allows user generated photos and videos to take over your entire phone screen.
Recently, Facebook has started to change its advertising strategy by placing an emphasis on its stories product. Facebook is starting to sell ads to advertisers and brands in this same format. It is hoping to ramp that up in a way that will eventually generate more revenue than the advertising that they get from news feeds.
In its latest earnings call, the company announced that two million advertisers are using stories to reach customers. So despite data breaches and lawsuits, Facebook continues to lure advertisers. And while user growth has slowed, it is still growing.
But there are things that could affect the outlook for Facebook’s advertising business. Many people have become concerned about too much use of social media. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff recently compared using Facebook to having a nicotine addiction.
Apple introduced Screen Time to help users crack down on how much time they’re spending on social media and their phones. We are very concerned about regulation. The EU has put into place some pretty onerous regulations for companies that are doing business on the internet, and I don’t think it’s beyond imagining that that could occur in other places, especially the United States.
Another factor that Facebook has talked about hurting its advertising revenue is of its own making. This is a new feature called Clear History that the company said is going to roll out to users in 2019. Clear history essentially gives users the ability to scrub the data that Facebook has on them.
The less data that Facebook has hurts the ability of the company to target ads to you with precision. Mark Zuckerberg recently announced a new vision for the company where he outlined building a privacy-focused messaging and social networking platform, raising questions for investors on how targeted advertising products will work if users aren’t posting publicly.
Three weeks after that announcement, a mass shooter used Facebook Live to broadcast his attack on two mosques in New Zealand. Facebook had to remove 1.5 million copies of the video off its platform. In spite of all of these events that seem like it would affect Facebook business, it keeps growing.
I don’t think it looks like anybody who actually uses his platform cares in the least about what they’re disclosing to Facebook because they keep doing it. That’s the crazy thing. They just keep doing it.

How To Make Money With Facebook For Beginners 2020

No consulting, no sales. It’s just simple chatting. So, I’m going to show you how to do this. Step by step and you can literally copy and paste exactly what I’m doing and use it to make money.

We’re teaching people for the last year how to make money online. Number one make-money channel on YouTube. If you agree, type in “Give me the money” on the comments.
And this method is hot. It’s working on Facebook. And I remember when I just got started doing marketing on Facebook. I went through failure after failure after failure. I didn’t know exactly how to get the formula to make things work. I remember reaching out. I was on this affiliate marketer forum. And there was some successful guys.
And I messaged one of them. And I said, “Hey, man. Hey Charles, how do I get this working? Every time I set up a campaign I either can’t get it to run. I can’t you know my links get banned.” Or something like that. And he said, “The obstacle is the way.”
And I thought about that. And was hoping for a direct answer. But he said “The obstacle is the way.” And what I realized was, “Okay, it’s not about switching off of Facebook. It’s about figuring out Facebook.” And I figured out Facebook for you.
It’s one of the biggest gold mines in the world. I’m going to show you exactly how to utilize it. Copy and paste right here. So let’s get to it. Okay. Now once again, to use this method, you don’t need to have any product. I’m going to show you number of affiliate networks you can sign up for to get links and earn commissions from selling other people’s products.
And the way everything is tracked is through a link. So, there’s ShareASale which obviously you can sell. You know, a lot of products… You know, 7% Commission. Big brands, though.
So, if you check this out, you can sell Warby Parker which is a famous company. julep, Major League Baseball, Jillian Michaels. NBA store.
So, a lot of big brands. You could sign up for that. There’s a link in the description of this video. You can also sign up for the click funnels affiliate program right here. If you get enough sales with them. They actually buy you a dream car.
So, check that out. They get you get 100 users, you get a dream car. And they show you tons of people have earned a dream car. I’ve earned a dream car with them. You know, they pay me a thousand bucks towards my car lease. 6 figure mentors.
Another great affiliate network. They teach you how to do affiliate marketing along the way. So, I suggest you sign up for them. Super affiliate network. This network is hot. This you can actually earn up to $5400 from a single sale.
So, if you’re looking for high ticket affiliate marketing as well as some training involved, you can get that with the super affiliate network. They have some really cool events out in Maui. They host every year. Love to see you there. There’s MaxWeb which is a digital product affiliate network. Works worldwide. DigiStore, another international affiliate network focused on digital products.
And last but not least is clickbank. My favorite affiliate network which you can sign up for every country except like Bangladesh and Pakistan and Nigeria. So, let’s get into it. Now, after you’ve gotten your affiliate link, I’m going to show you how you can promote a clickbank affiliate link in this demo. But first, let’s get into the method itself, okay?
Now, to use this method, you’re going to want to use a specific document which I’m going to give you towards the end of this training. So, you can copy and paste my exact text and follow along and do exactly what I do to make this money as well. I will reveal that link towards the end of this training. What you want to do is you want to go into this file which I will give you access to and you will want to click on the Facebook link right here.
Now, by the way, all of these methods listed here the other links are all free traffic methods that you can take advantage of. If you want to make $500 in a day, I show you how to make $500 in a day on every single one of these social networks. I am having my assistant link to the playlist to do use these methods. All of them are free. You require no investment, no money, no software.
Nothing to get started. So let’s get into it. So, we’ll click Facebook and we will go down to the Facebook section right here. What we are looking for is we’re looking for people that are members of groups that are related to entrepreneurship.
Amazon FBA, marketing, freelancers or work from home. Let’s type in work from home. So, here we are on Facebook. And we can go search work from home. Now, here we see a group with 19 members, okay? We could we could join this.
Here’s a group “Work from home moms.” We’ll go here. Work from home. 10,000 people like this. See 105 thousand people. And here’s a group that’s 32 thousand people. Now, once again, I’m going to be showing you in this training how you can make big money doing this five hundred dollars from one single sale. One single click can make you $500 from this method and it’s highly targeted.
So, what we are going to do to use this method is we are gong to find some of the members of this group. So for instance, we could go here and we could click see all to see all 105,000 members right there. What we can also do is we can find some people that are engaged.
So, I’m just going to find some of the most engaged users. I’m going to look at some of the comments and we see Alexander Elliot. And we see Jennifer Mallow. Okay. And I’m just going to open up those 2 people Alexandria Elliot. And I’m going to send her a message, okay?
So, we’re going to go here. We are going to chat with her. Now, how we’re gonna chat with her is we are going to copy and paste this text right here. So, this is a direct message script example. Now, this may seem like a lot of work. But remember, you can do as much as a hundred messages an hour with this method. And you can $500 in commissions.
So, there’s a little bit of chatting. But it’s literally copy and paste and you’re just waiting to get somebody to respond to you. So you say… This is you. So, this is the script. You want to follow, okay? You, them, you, them.
So, I’m going to copy this script and I’m going to go to Alexandria and I’m going to type in, “Hey, I also saw you are in B and you replace what’s in the brackets. So, I’m going to replace the brackets and that the work at home mom’s group.
And wondering if you are having any success doing any jobs from home stuff.” Okay? Boom! We sent a message. Now, you want to send a lot of these messages, okay? Send a lot of these. Facebook probably has some sort of limits.
So, let me know in the comments. If you come across a certain limit of messages that you can send per hour or per day, let us know because we’re a community here. The more money you make, the more money I make. This is the number one make money channel on YouTube because I’m not here trying to pitch you stuff. I’m not here trying to sell you shirts or courses.
I’m here trying to make you money. Because again, you make more money, I make more money. Now, once again, type in “number one money channel on YouTube” if you know this is where it’s at. We’ll send 10 of these messages and we’ll wait for them to respond.
But let me get into what’s actually going on here. Now, she’s going to say something. We’re waiting for somebody to engage with us. Because once they engage with us, they give us permission to sell them. You might be wondering a couple other things.
Why don’t I uppercase the hey? Because normal people don’t uppercase, okay? Normal people just type. Normal people don’t use proper spelling. Normal people don’t use proper grammar. Normal people don’t use proper punctuation. You want to be a normal person. Because real marketing… Real effective marketing does not look like marketing.
Real effective marketing is just normal human communication. One person talking to another. Now, the next message, we’re going to send them a link. Shortly after this, we’re going to send them a link. Now, you see you have a script here to chat with them.
And a remember, you can make $500 in a single day doing this. This is so easy. You just have to put in the work. Just follow the steps. And if you’re committed to doing this, if you’ve seen the money I’ve been able to create for both myself and for my affiliates, then you know there’s something hot here. It may seem like work copy/paste.
But if you are committed, if you’re in a hungry wolf, if you’re an action taker, you have a tenacious appetite to make money; type in “tenacious” in the chat. Type in “Committed” in the comments because I want to know who my hungry wolves are here. I see them on my channel. I see some of you making money. I see the clickbank ids.
Hundreds of people every month I’m paying out hundreds and hundreds and thousands and thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars to. Now, the next step is we’re going to get our affiliate link. In this case, we’re going to go to the affiliate marketplace. After you’ve created your account, you go to the affiliate marketplace right here.
And we’re going to go down to the e-business and emarketing category right here. Okay? Right there. E-business and emarketing and we’ll click on that. Now, one of the top products will be my own product. Once again we are making money together which is why I am showing you only the stuff that works highly effectively.
I don’t want to waste your time, I don’t want to waste mine. And you will make $500 from a single sale. And if you want to learn more about the opportunity, you can come right to this affiliate page. And you will see that the product we are selling is a thousand dollars and you get a recurring commission on the 247, everything is 50%.
So, you will be making 500 of that. We will split everything 50/50. We’re in business together. Once you start making sales, you get $500 and $125 a month. And what I’m showing you, once again, those numbers might seem ridiculous but it works.
There are people doing this and making as many as 60 sales in a single day. $27,000 is what one of my affiliates made in a single day, okay? Now, to get our link, what we want to do is we click promote and we will put in our account nickname whatever was assigned to you. And we’ll just do Facebook. And will generate a Hoplink or we’ll click this button to generate a Hoplink right there.
Don’t worry about any of these other links. And we will copy this link. Clicking ctrl copy or we can click this button and copy our link. We want to create our own link here. So, you want to go to the Google Doc pre-cell page example.
Now, Facebook doesn’t like raw affiliate links. Which is why we need to put our link a document or something like that. Generally speaking, Facebook we want you to buy ads. But if you don’t have money for ads, you don’t have money to put your credit card and let Facebook just freely spend it on advertising. You maybe don’t have success in doing marketing before yet.
You just want something that can make you money get sent to your bank account without you having to spend money. And that’s why we need to put our link in a Google document. So, what you need to do is you need to go click on this link right here.
Okay, click on this link right here. And what this will open up for you is a document that says “Create a 6-figure side income online on Facebook.” And it’s a sales page. Essentially, it says “Register for the live training”.
And all this page is built to do… Not going to go too deep in the psychology of copywriting. But it’s built to actually make people want to watch through the sale the presentation and buy from the affiliate link that you will put in there.
So, how we do this is first, there will be a file button. And you’ll want to click file right up here, and you’ll want to click make a copy right there. You’ll be able to edit things on this page now. Because it will be yours. You can’t edit Pi version, that’s the master version. You’ll delete the copy up there.
So, did you see that where I clicked? I clicked right up here and I went here and I just deleted copy. And now, I’m going to go down here where it says… The big button. There’s two links on this page. This button acts as a link and this text acts as a link.
The next thing I’m going to do is I’m going to replace this link. And once again, I’m going to click that edit icon and I’m going to paste my link and I’m going to click apply. Now, this page once again, is built to sell people on the product.
And it’s already done for you. Now, you can do this. You can create this sort of document. You can create… You can do this all yourself for any product you want. I’ve obviously laid it out for you to do to promote my own affiliate program because I want us to both make money. And I want you to make big money. But you can do this with weight loss programs.
You can do this with super affiliate Network. You can do this with a lot of other programs and affiliate offers that you want. But this page has been built and tested to work. So, you put this up and you can be assured you get these links in front of people you will get some people buying. Now, the next step is you want to go up to this share button right there.
And you click that share button and you’re going to click this which says “Get shareable link” right there. And then anybody with this link can view, that’s fine. And we’re going to copy this text copy or you can click copy link. And I’ll say link copy to clipboard.
Now, when the person responds to us… Well first, we’re going to take this link and we are going to go to bitly. We’re going to go to site named bitly.com. And we’re going to go down and we’re going to click shorten. And we’ll copy this link.
And we can share this link with people. Depending on what works, you can share you google doc link or you can share your bitly link. And you share that on Facebook. When you get somebody responding to you such as Alexander Elliot.
But after you send a lot of these messages out, you’ll start getting more and more responses back. And you respond to those and you just follow the script. Literally, just follow the script. They will say something then you say, “Huh, is there anything else that you tried that worked?” They’ll say something. Then you say, “I just found this site.
Do you know if it’s legit?” And you will replace that link with your own right like that and you will send them this message. And once you get your link out to them, then they have the opportunity to click on it to watch the presentation and to buy.
And after you send them a link one hour later, you will send them this message then you will send them this message. That’s it. That’s the method. And it’s all copy paste. And you do that enough times, you’ll get a buyer and you’ll make some money.
And you’ll be pretty happy. And when you make that first commission, I want you to share it with the community and pay it forward. And let others know about your success. Because most people, when they find their vein of gold, they keep it to themselves, right?
They lock it up, they bury it. Don’t let anybody know. But I want to create a community here. I’m sharing with you some of my money making methods. I want to create a community of sharing results. I want to create a movement of people being able to work from home. And I want you to share your success. I want you to commit to me or I want you to just agree.
And type and “Agreed”, if you agree to these terms is that when you get success doing this you will share your success on one of my future videos or something along the lines. And paid for it to others. Because a lot of people are skeptical and don’t believe this works. So, looking forward to your success. If you got massive value from this video, type and Facebook money in the comments.
This is hot, okay? This works. This has so many Jedi Mind Tricks. Everything involved in this setup. You’re getting a pre sell page that works, okay? You’re getting some gnarly stuff here. You’re getting a website without a website. You’re getting affiliate links.
You’re getting a way to make $500 a day or even $5,400 if you do this for super affiliate networks. You have a lot of opportunity here. So, I hope your Stoked. Type and “Facebook’s money” in the comments. Give me a like, give me a subscribe.
Give me a big pound on that notification bell to be updated when I come out with future money making methods. I look forward to seeing your success. Guys, get pumped. This is going to be the best year ever. 2020 is the year where everybody’s going to be making money who follows my advice on this channel. So, looking forward to seeing you there and talk to you soon.

Elon Musk: Cryptocurrency Is Potentially The Cash Of The Future

Software hasn’t eaten the banking industry yet. Software has eaten a lot of industries. There’s some that it just hasn’t and banking is still there, you know? Stripe’s eating them slowly – they’re doing a pretty good job but the the banks are in trouble if it’s not Stripe, it’ll be somebody else. And you love code but you don’t seem to be as bullish on Bitcoin.
Do you have any – Could you break down like why because you’re talking about this big database, that’s more secure, for faster transactions. It seems like Bitcoins hitting at least some of those. I’m neither here nor there on Bitcoin.
Yeah, um, yeah. What did you think when you read like Satoshis white paper for the first time? Were you like, this is pretty interesting or? That was pretty clever. it’s just like The thing is, this always gets like the crypto people angry but (laughing)
There are transactions that are not within the balance of the law and those in – there’s obviously many of laws in different countries and normally cash is used for these transactions but in order for illegal transactions to occur, cash must also be used for legal transactions. You need an illegal to legal bridge. That’s where crypto comes in. So is it kind of the dark net stuff?
It can’t be entirely dark because otherwise how do you buy normal stuff? And cash these days is used just much rarer. It’s hard – it’s like increasingly difficult use cash. Some places you can’t use cash at all. So there’s a forcing function for transactions that are illegal, quasi legal and in some cases legal. But got to have something – it’s got to be both legal and illegal.
Doesn’t count otherwise. It can’t just be transactions within an illegal economy because how do you buy like, you know, food and a house or something? You must have a illegal to legal bridge. So where I see crypto as respectively is as a replacement for cash but not as a but not as a replacement for as a primary or not as – I do not see crypto being the primary database.
Now this is not to be taken like I’m being judgmental about crypto and it’s actually I think there’s a lot of things that are illegal that shouldn’t be illegal but you know. So it’s not as though I think this sometimes governments just have too many laws about – they should only have so many things that are illegal

7 Altcoins You Need to Watch in 2020

A wise man once said – “Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful”. A quote from one of the greatest investment geniuses of our time. Bitcoins dominance has been exploding, but soon the real winners will be altcoins.
Decentralized, scalable and most importantly Fundamentally strong. We’re going to be looking at seven promising cryptocurrencies that you need to watch. Coming up. If this is your first time here make sure you subscribe and click on the bell so you don’t miss any new videos. 2017 gave birth to one of the biggest cryptocurrency rallies of all time.
Crypto-mania was running wild. From Ethereum to Dogecoin. It seemed like every single altcoin in existence was seeing 100x returns. It was like shooting fish in a barrel, until the bear market came and stopped the gains in their tracks. It was the end of a cycle…
Bull markets, bear markets, rallies and downturns It’s all a cycle. And like all cycles. They have a tendency to rhyme and repeat themselves It’s only a matter of time before we see yet another euphoria filled altcoin season, and while everyone else is running scared, that’s the time to be ready by picking the projects that have the highest chance of success.
Here are some of these projects. BAT could genuinely be one of the most revolutionary crypto projects out there as it aims to redesign the future of online advertising by rewarding your attention. Similar to how bitcoin was born out of the global financial crisis.
BAT was born out of the online advertising crisis. With Facebook and Google user privacy has become a casualty in an ever increasing consumer surveillance ad model that relies on tracking and profiling users. If you’re seeing this video, you’re probably using a web browser. Heck you might be even using the “Brave Browser”.
It’s led by tech pioneer Brendan Eich the co-founder of Mozilla and Firefox and creator of JavaScript. If anyone knows how to build a quality web browser from the ground up it’s him. The Brave browser is one of the few success stories of this crypto market cycle. The BAT team created an in-house native browser which has built out an entire digital advertising ecosystem around its native token BAT.
BAT tokens are the native currency that are used by the system, users will be rewarded for their attention and will no longer have to sacrifice their data privacy or web experience. With millions of users that ad blocking, wallet enabled browser has only gotten better as time passes and it’s now able to rival major players like Chrome and Firefox.
Brave browser is likely to be one of the first to introduce crypto to the mainstream via its built-in ads reward platform. Users get rewarded for browsing the Internet while earning BAT based on their attention. It’s one of the few altcoins that actually solves a problem and has long term viability. It’s not a matter of if Brave will disrupt digital advertising. It’s a matter of when. Blockchain and smart contracts are revolutionary, and… Useless.
Until they can get access to reliable data from the real world. This is where Chainlinnk comes in. In the blockchain world. We call a universally trusted source an Oracle It’s an agent who finds and verifies real-world information and submits it to a blockchain for a smart contract to use. Chainlink is a decentralized Oracle platform which connects to real world applications and data. It aims to bridge the gap between blockchain and legacy systems.
Basically, Chainlink takes information that is external to blockchain applications and puts it on-chain. If you think that smart contracts are going to be a big deal then the tool that chainlink is building is going to be a core part of that. LINK is solving a problem faced by Every smart contract platform.
It doesn’t matter if it’s Ethereum, Cardano or Tron every smart contract platform will need an Oracle solution to connect to the real-world and LINK might just be the endgame solution for this. Hyundai, LG Samsung. What do you get when you combine one of the world’s most technologically innovative countries and blockchain?
You get ICON. Your physical ID card could be a thing of the past as ICONLOOPS, MyID Alliance is aiming to make this a reality, ICON’s parent company ICONLOOP has recently made national news in South Korea. All eyes are on a new type of blockchain identification service called MyID which is expected to be launched in 2020.
It is set to radically improve and expand the way people and businesses use authentication in their day-to-day lives. ICONLOOPS, MyID Alliance is currently backed by 39 partners from various financial and non-financial sectors with the goal of connecting and expanding the IDs of countries all around the world. This opens up a whole new world of use cases for the public chain which utilizes ICX.
Currently ,ICONLOOP is discussing ways to integrate MyID onto smart phones since Samsung is one of their many ecosystem partners. It’s likely that we will see MyID pre-installed on to future Samsung Galaxy devices. ICON is finally decentralized and with MyID ICX will be ready to open a new paradigm for global digital identification.
Born in a bear market Energy has rocketed into many traders awareness and for a good reason. It has most of the features you’d expect in a blockchain project – decentralization, an on chain governance model, its own wallet, and trustless transactions. But what really makes it stand out is its self funding Treasury system. You can create the best cryptocurrency in the world but it doesn’t matter if nobody knows about it.
A project can only succeed if they have funding if you look at companies like Nike or Apple these companies are successful because they are able to market themselves. That’s why Energy have taken the idea of a self-funding Treasury to the next level with one of the largest percentage allocations to the Treasury of any masternode blockchain.
A full 40 percent of the released NRG goes to the Treasury. These funds are used every month for marketing and development of the project This is meant to ensure longevity for the project providing funds to improve technology, grow the community and to compensate developers.
This alone makes them a real standout. For Energy 2020 will be a year of adoption with campaigns to build energy merchants acceptance worldwide. Apollo is an all-in-one digital currency which combines the features of mainstream cryptocurrencies into one platform Apollo has made history by becoming the first project to utilize sharding on an active blockchain.
In 2020 the foundation will focus on achieving true mass adoption by its national currency initiative the initial target is the continent of Africa where the foundation has partnered with a ADF group to pitch to all 54 nations on the continent of 1.2 billion people.
This is big. The foundation is also developing tools for mass adoption, including a light wallet app The mobile app will have a QR code as well as merchant features This will help Apollo to gain merchant adoption globally. Apollo’s aims are pretty ambitious to say the least it aims to become the all-in-one crypto for all use cases.
If it manages to achieve these goals It could be on its way to become one of the top cryptocurrencies in the future. Definitely one to keep your eye on. The role of blockchain and finance is ever-growing. In fact, It’s a 300 trillion dollar market.
Fusion is a project that aims to tap into just that. It’s making waves in the decentralized finance space having signed more than 40 partnerships over the last 12 months. Fusion released their mainnet in June. Today, there are more than three hundred nodes validating transactions on the network earning close to 40 percent annualised staking rewards.
Fusion boasts a rich feature set that includes tools for peer-to-peer exchange time locking, asset digitization and more. However, the most exciting piece of technology will be launched by the very end of 2019. It’s called distributed control rights management, and it solves the problem of interoperability between blockchains. To put it simply DCRM works by sharding private keys and distributing them between network nodes.
This allows for a custodial account to be controlled and managed by a blockchain. This is called distributed custody. DCRM will be used by banks, exchanges, custody providers and more to improve their connectivity operations and enhance their security modules.
I expect 2020 to be a huge year for Fusion as they continue to build on exciting tech and push forward with adoption. Another South Korean project that aims to impress. Fantom is a cryptocurrency that does not use blockchain. Instead it uses an innovative approach called DAG.
Without dwelling on the technical details to put it simply unlike blockchains. It’s Infinitely scalable with the capacity to do virtually anything that’s done today on the Internet. For example, it could be used as the nervous system for smart cities.
It could be the infrastructure backbone for a complex network of devices connected via the Internet of Things. A key innovation Fantom has pioneered is the Lachesis Consensus. This enables Fantom to settle transactions instantly and run smart contracts at high speeds.
In recent testing it achieved 25,000 transactions per second. Once launched it could reach speeds exceeding 100,000 transactions per second. Other DAG based cryptocurrencies have similar aspirations but Fantom can also run smart contracts.
Most recently, they have launched a white labeled stable coin issuance solution. An infrastructure on which institutions or governments can issue fiat backed stablecoins, which is already being adopted by several companies.
Be greedy when others are fearful. When everyone else is running scared that’s the time to be an optimist. This is where the real money is made. If you made it to the end of this video, let me know in the comments which project you’re most bullish on in 2020.
Also, make sure to subscribe and like this video. Thanks for watching! Mineable out. Hey coming down like percipitation. I never met a limitation Elimination gotta go to Google for the information. I’m a superstar. So I gotta shine top dollar be the bottom line I don’t feel alive. Turn your heart rate. So a dotted line

eCommerce Marketing Strategies – 12 Killer Tips | Marketing 360

In this video, we’re going to unpack 12 killer ecommerce marketing strategy tips. This is one that you can’t miss if you have an ecommerce store. Check it out. Hi, I’m JB with Marketing 360, and we help small businesses grow with our marketing and design, talent and technology, through our number one marketing platform, Marketing 360.
We call marketing and design “Mad,” and we love Mad. And hopefully these videos will help you fall in love with Mad too. So make sure to follow us to learn tips, tricks, and strategies to grow your business and fuel your brand. ECommerce marketing can be super complicated.
There’s just so many different things that you can do. And so in this video, I’m going to break down 12 tips that we recommend you really focus on first. If you dial these in, you’re going to be successful online. So let’s jump right in.
Tip number one is use a good shopping cart.
There’s three shopping carts that we work with clients all the time that we really love. And so check these out if you’re not already on these carts– Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. These three carts are really good from a perspective of SEO, design, and also paid search– so running paid ads, even on social.
It has everything you need to scale your business. It also has a support team to back you up when you need the help. So check out one of those carts if you don’t already have them.
Tip number two, spend a tremendous amount of time optimizing your product pages with regards to SEO and design.
So what I mean by that is SEO would be a good product title, OK? Don’t just call it something that only you would know. Call it something within the title that people are actually searching online. So do some keyword research, figure out what people are searching for– your products– and make that part of your product title.
Also, include that in the description of the product. Write a good description. Remember, this is your 24/7 salesperson. Your product page never calls in sick. It works through the weekends and the holidays. Every time somebody visits your product page, they want your perfect sales pitch, so put some time into that. Also, product photography, hugely important.
Make sure that photography is really, really clean, smooth, and a nice design, and professional. And also, if you can do a product video, this is massively valuable. Make sure you invest in doing some product videos to explain your products in more details.
Final tips here, make sure you have trust badges on the page. Make sure it says things like you have fast shipping, free shipping, all of that, if you have that. And also, get reviews of your products. You want to have reviews on your product pages. Studies show if you have reviews on your product pages, that can increase your conversion rate significantly, up to 400%, by having product reviews. So make sure that you get product reviews on your page.
Tip number three is a little more advanced with regards to SEO, but it’s making sure you have schema markup on your product pages.
What this means is when somebody searches on Google, right there on the Google search page– before they even go to your website– they’re going to see what Google calls product rich cards, which is going to show your product image and some information right there on the search page. This is going to give you an advantage over your competitors and make you a little more visible organically to people as they’re searching on things like Google.
So here’s a quick tip. If you just Google search “schema markup testing tool,” it’ll take you to a testing tool. You can just put your product page URL in there, and it’ll tell you if you have the proper schema markup or not. If not, there’s some warnings and some tips there on how to make sure you add that. But if you use one of those carts, BigCommerce, Shopify, or WooCommerce, they typically have good schema markup out the gate, and so you can just kind of build upon that.
Tip number four is to optimize your product feed via Google Merchant Center.
Google Merchant Center is what you’re going to use to run Google Shopping ads, which we’ll get to later, but the product feed is hugely important. You’re going to want to make sure you have good information in there with regards to your product title, the description, the keywords, those sorts of things so that you’re showing up when people are searching on Google Shopping when you’re running your ads. You don’t want to be not in the game when somebody is looking for your product because your product feed is not very well optimized.
Tip number five is running Google Shopping ads.
Google Shopping is very, very popular. People go to Google. They’ll search something like pink shoes, they’ll click the shopping tab, those are all ads. So if you want to be in that shopping tab, which we highly recommend, you’re going to want to make sure that you are running Google Shopping ads. So invest in running product ads. And then here’s a tip, optimize your product ads based on results.
So if you have ecommerce tracking set up, you can see the revenue generated from each product. You can really see your ROI, per product, on your product ads. What you want to do is as time goes by, turn off the ads that aren’t doing as well, the products that aren’t doing as well, and increase the budget on the products that are doing well. This is going to really increase your return on investment over time.
Tip number six is run dynamic retargeting campaigns off of your Google Shopping ads and your website visitors so that people that go to your website and they browse maybe two, three products, as they’re surfing the internet after that on the Google Display Network– which has thousands of websites online– they’re going to see banner ads for your brand actually showing the specific products that they looked at. So it’s a very, very relevant.
This stays top of mind and it kind of just wears them down until they are ready to buy those products. They click it, and they purchase on your website. Also, you can run retargeting on Facebook and Instagram as well. So if somebody comes to your site, they look around and they don’t do anything, that night when they’re on Facebook kind of looking through their feed, all of a sudden they’ll see an ad for your brand.
This is bringing you back to the top of their mind. They’re like, hey, I didn’t have time earlier to put my credit card in there because I was getting interrupted, but hey, I do right now on this commercial that’s on TV, so I’m going to buy right now. So by doing retargeting in a dynamic way, you’re going to bring a lot more sales back to your business.
Tip number seven is to make sure that you’re running Facebook and ads.
These are huge channels today. People are on Facebook all the time so you’re going to want to target people on Facebook. And the targeting is so intense that you can get right in front of the person that would be perfect for your product. So one example like that is, let’s say, that you sell gymnastics equipment to kids, maybe to girls, in particular. You could actually target mothers that make over $50,000 a year that have daughters that are in gymnastics. How targeted is that? If these mothers see these ads, they can afford it, right?
They’re making enough money to afford it. They have daughters in gymnastics. It just only makes sense. They’re going to like your product and they’re going to understand your brand, and they’re going to eventually buy from you. So make sure you take advantage of Facebook and Instagram ads. Those two channels are big breadwinners for ecommerce stores today.
Tip number eight, invest in your social media organically.
Whether you need to do this yourself or hire somebody or hire another company, you need to make sure you have an organic presence on social media. What that means is you’re posting content, you’re engaging on social media. So not paid ads, but just being involved, being a part of social media today. By doing this, this is going to be building your brand following organically. So eventually you have 10,000 followers, 100,000 followers.
The more followers you have as you’re posting content, building this awareness, you’re only going to get more sales.
Tip number nine is to automate your email marketing.
Email marketing is hugely important. A lot of ecommerce stores fall short because they spend a lot of money to get that customer to make that first purchase, but they don’t re-market to those people via email marketing and other channels to get them to come back and make future purchases. If you could just get each of your customers to make one more purchase than they normally do, think about what that does to your revenue. So with email marketing, it allows us an automated way to make that happen.
So here’s an example, you could set up an automated campaign for holidays. You just set this up at the beginning of the year for the whole year, with promotions on all these different holidays that automatically get sent to all of your past customers. So that’s one example. There’s tons of other examples. Like sending them automated emails to capture reviews for your products is another way to build product review content in an automated way. If you’re creative with your email marketing and you automate it, this is going to scale your business so that you can increase your sales overall and increase your return on investment on your marketing dollars.
Tip number 10 is invest in SMS marketing.
SMS marketing is text message marketing. The reason why that’s important is because only about 20% of people will typically open up your emails, sometimes even less. And they also won’t open it up in real time. There’s a lag there, right? But with text messages, it’s almost 100% of people open the text message.
And most of them are within a five-minute window. So that can be really powerful on slow sales days, on end of the month, times when you need to clear out old inventory, stuff like that. So build a VIP text message marketing campaign. And one way to do this is put a banner on your site that says, hey, for VIP deals, text something like hot deals to 39970 to opt in and get an immediate 20% coupon right now. By doing that, it gets people to opt in to get that coupon, but now they’re in that list for future VIP deals that you can tap into when you need to.
Tip number 11 is to use a CRM.
So many ecommerce stores don’t really have a CRM. They’re actually using the backend of their cart to look at customer data and kind of using that as a CRM. That’s not effective. You want to integrate your cart with an actual CRM so that you can populate all of your customer data and even add additional data in there, as you get to know your customer. And so if you hire a salesperson or if you’re the salesperson, working through the CRM and actually making proactive calls to your customers can be life-changing for your business.
If you just reach out and say, hey, how was it? Did you get your package in time? Is everything going OK for you? What else are you interested in? Can I keep an eye out for other deals that come up and let you know? Do you have any kids? When are their birthdays? What are they interested in? If you get to know the customer, you can save this information in your CRM. Your salesperson can just continually follow up with these people.
And I’m telling you, you’ll see four or five times more sales per customer than you would otherwise. So it’s a huge investment, but a great return to look at a salesperson in CRM and connecting those into your process within your ecommerce business.
Last tip, tip 12, is to create a customer care package that you send with all of your product purchases to the customer.
So don’t just send them a bag with a logo on it. Send them a nice package that has a handwritten note. It has a coupon in it for a future purchase. It maybe has a referral card in there they can give to a friend. This is going to be a nice experience for the customer, and it’s really going to give them a good sense of feeling towards your brand, and probably get them to come back and purchase with you again. But one really hot tip here is if you’re selling on other channels, such as Amazon or something like that, when you send those products with a care package, the coupon and whatnot should recommend they come back to your branded website to make future purchases.
This is going to increase your profitability and get your brand going on your own website, which is what you want to do. So take advantage of these care packages. Design something real nice so when they receive your product, you stand out in the crowd from other businesses you may be competing against. So ecommerce is super intense. We could go for days with different tips, but these 12 tips I feel like are really the ones that are the most important.
So focus on these tips. If you have questions, give us a call or leave a comment. If you liked the video, like it. If you want to share the video, please do. And also, follow us for more tips, tricks, and strategies just like this, moving forward. [MUSIC PLAYING]
